New York University Graduation

On May 15th and 16th 2025, I officially graduated from New York University, celebrating with two unforgettable ceremonies, one at Yankee Stadium (yes, Yankee Stadium!) with the hilarious and heartfelt Molly Shannon as our speaker, and one at Radio City Music Hall, where the incredible Maggie Rogers shared her wisdom with us Tisch grads! I sobbed my eyes out!

When I first started at NYU, I was an Environmental Studies major, but I quickly realized I wasn’t getting what I truly wanted out of the program. I even considered transferring, until, on a total whim, I auditioned for the Tisch School of the Arts Drama program, a dream I never thought would become reality. I got in, and while I tried to double major, I couldn’t make the credit load work. Still, everything changed from that moment on!

Throughout my time here, I dove into every opportunity I could: I was on the Cheer Team, sang with the Cleftomaniacs, volunteered with Sprout Up, worked as a Brand Ambassador, and held the role of Director of Primary Recruitment in my sorority, Delta Gamma. I’ve been surrounded by incredible professors, friends, and mentors, and most importantly, a family who believed in me every step of the way.

I’ll miss NYU so much, but I’m excited for what’s next!

I’m planning to pursue a Master’s in Conservation Biology and carrying everything I’ve learned here with me into this next chapter!
